What you need

cup cocktail onion

sesame oil

oz stir fry mix

tbsp lime juice

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp tamari

tbsp smooth peanut butter

tbsp maple syrup

tsp garlic

tsp sriracha

cup vegetable broth
Instructions
0 Make the sauce by putting all ingredients in a small pot and cook over low heat while whisking until thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Once you see the sauce begin to thicken, remove from heat. 1 Sauté the veggies in oil or veggie broth until just softened, making sure not to overcook. I like mine more al dente but cook to your preference. 2 Meanwhile cook your noodles. Drain and set aside. 3 Once the veggies are cooked, add the sauce and mix until well coated. You can keep some of the sauce to drizzle on top. I like them saucy, but add more or less for your preference. 4 Turn off the heat, and mix in the noodles. Toss to combine.
