These delicious vegan protein balls are a healthy snack for a boost of energy and nutrition. Plus, they have no refined sugar and happen to be gluten free! My easy recipe comes together in only 10 minutes, and has 5 grams of protein per ball!

What you need
cup vegan chocolate chips

cup vanilla protein powder

cup rolled oats

tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

cup maple syrup
Instructions
0 Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. 1 Transfer the peanut butter to a mixing bowl along with all remaining ingredients. 2 Using a spatula mix to form a dough. 3 Scoop out a tbsp of the dough. Using your hands shape into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 4 Repeat until all of the dough has been shaped into balls. Dough makes about 16 larger protein balls or 20 smaller protein balls. 5 Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.View original recipe
