What you need

tbsp granulated garlic

tsp salt

tsp red pepper flake

frying oil

cup dried parsley

cup kalamata olive

tbsp capers

tbsp dried thyme

oz penne pasta

vegan cheese
Instructions
0 Add tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and salt with oil or broth into a pan and simmer 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. 1 Stir in olives, capers, thyme and all but 2 tablespoons parsley (save for garnish). 2 Cook 1 more minute or until thoroughly heated. 3 Cook pasta according to directions on the box. 4 Add pasta to the hot sauce and toss. 5 Garnish with parsley and top with Parmesan if desired and serve!View original recipe
