cup blanched almond flour

cup coconut sugar

tsp cinnamon

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup maple syrup

cup applesauce

cup almond butter

tsp molasses

cup raisin

cup chopped pecans
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350F/180C 1 Mix oats, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. 2 Add the maple syrup, apple sauce, almond butter, and molasses and mix well. 3 Add the raisins and pecans if using. Mix until combined. 4 Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press down to slightly flatten the cookie if you want. 5 Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
