What you need

cup sugar

tbsp applesauce

cup vegan margarine

tsp coarse sea salt

cup vegan chocolate chips

cup oat flour

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp apple cider vinegar
cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F/ 175 C. Put flours, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Whisk well to remove clumps and combine. In another bowl, add softened butter and sugars. Beat with a hand or stand mixer until fluffy. Add apple sauce, vinegar and vanilla. Beat again until mixed. Add in the flour mixture as you mix and continue to mix until it is combined well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Add spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 13 minutes, until golden. Cool so they don't fall apart and enjoy!View original recipe
