What you need

cup almond butter

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

cup oats

tsp cinnamon

cup slivered almonds

cup chopped pecans

cup sunflower seed
cup dried fruit
cup shredded coconut
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350 F/ 175 C. 1 Put the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, salt and cinnamon (if using) into a bowl and whisk until smooth. 2 Add in the oats, nuts and seeds and toss to coat well. 3 Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
