tbsp vegetable broth

cup baby spinach

tbsp white wine

tsp salt

lemon juice
Instructions
0 Sauté garlic with 1 tablespoon broth or drizzle of oil on medium low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. 1 Add the spinach, the other 2 tablespoons of broth or a little bit more oil, wine and salt.
