What you need

cup espresso

tsp almond extract

tbsp cane sugar

cup fat free ricotta cheese

cup dairy free butter

tsp dutch process cocoa
Instructions
0 Mix the coffee, almond extract and sugar and set aside. 1 Mix the mascarpone, whipped cream and sugar and set aside. 2 Mix the cocoa powder and espresso and set aside. 3 Dip the cookies in the coffee mixture. Build the tiramisu as follows: 6 Add a sprinkle of topping at the bottom of each jar 7 Add 5 mini cookies 8 Add about 3 tablespoons of cream layer 9 Add a sprinkle of topping 10 Repeat two more times until you end with the cream layer sprinkled with topping. 11 Put jars in the fridge to set for at least two hours.
