Preheat oven to 350 F/ 175 C Open muffins in half and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread ½ - 2 tablespoons sauce over each muffin half. Add 1 tablespoon cheese to each. Add any toppings you prefer. Top with the other 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes, watching as you go and taking out when just beginning to brown.
