What you need

tbsp protein powder

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp salt

cup almond butter

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp pumpkin puree

tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions
0 Put the cookies, pea protein or oat flour, pumpkin spice, salt and pecans, if using, in a bowl. Mix to combine. 1 Add the almond butter, maple syrup and pumpkin. Mix well. A fork helps combine everything well. 2 Chill while you clean up. 3 Roll into balls. 4 If you want, you can then roll the balls in extra crushed cookies so they have an outer “crust,” this is totally optional but easy and delicious!View original recipe
