This passion fruit margarita is the perfect combination of tart and sweet. It's adaptable for the flavor you love and the color is amazing!

⅔ cup passion fruit syrup , homemade or store bought juice

ounces tequila (¼ - ½ cup)

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 ½ tablespoons agave nectar , see note

¾ ounce orange liqueur , I like Grand Marnier (1 -2 tablespoons)

⅖ cup soda water , see note

Drizzle Mezcal , optional for some smokiness

Add the passion fruit, tequila, lime, agave, orange liquor and mezcal if using to a shaker or jar. Shake/mix well.
